The Hot Toddy

The Hot Toddy is a fine beverage, particularly suited to cold snowy days. It’s also easy to make and economical. Consider having this drink around for your New Year’s Eve party!

Ingredients:
Black tea (I recommend an English blend. Find PG Tips at FoAN.)
Lemon
Honey
Whisky (Cheap is fine here. Mild Scotch is best, but bourbon works as well.)

Directions:
Make a pot of tea, quarter the lemons, and grab a teaspoon. Fill each teacup 4/5 full of tea, squeeze in one lemon quarter, stir in one teaspoon of honey, and top off the cup with whisky. Drink immediately.

Enjoy!
