DIY: Easy ChocolateTruffles

If you are looking for a rich and easy dessert to make over the weekend, look no further!  These truffles are made from only three ingredients and are delicious!

–       30 Oreos (or similar chocolate sandwich cookies)
–       1 (8 oz) package of Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese)
–       2 (8 oz) packages of Baking chocolate

Mix Oreos and Neufchatel in a food processor until it is well blended and form into small, tablespoon sized balls.

Melt Baking chocolate (in a double-broiler or in the microwave) and dip balls in making sure they are completely coated.

Place on wax paper and put in the refrigerator to cool (about 1 hour).  Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container.
