Mix of the Week: The Lady with the Braid

My friend Margaret asked me to compile a mix for her. One of my favorite things to do! As I started thinking about it, I realized there was just too much for one mix. I’ve divided it into two parts. “Side A” is comprised of strong, female musicians leaning heavily in the rock / folk genre.

The second mix features lots of divas (read: pop music). Get ready for some Britney, Gaga, Janet, Madonna, Mariah, Beyonce, etc…coming next week.
