Eating in Season: Strawberries

Have you been strawberry picking yet?  We went to Chiles Orchard yesterday and came home with a bunch of delicious fresh strawberries that we’ve been enjoying with yogurt, in smoothies, in salads and with ice cream.  If you haven’t gone yet, now is the time to do it.  Picking will only last for a few more weeks and there is nothing like a fresh picked strawberry.
