Local Shop: The Curious Orange Store

One of the biggest gems of Charlottesville is hard to find. In between some gas stations and industrial stuff, there’s The Curious Orange Store on Ivy road, and when you walk in, you’re transported to a world of fun and style. Treasures include small silver accessories, unique bird prints, industrial influenced furniture, with a serious focus on distressed wooden pieces. But what I’m really inspired by is the styling of the store: it’s never looked the same each time I’ve visited. The owner is always moving things around and has given me some ideas of how to arrange certain tablescapes I have at home. Check it out! What else are you going to do in this heat?
